The mission of Box 234 Association is to provide canteen and rehabilitation services to the Baltimore County Fire and Police departments. We are an all-volunteer organization who responds 24x7x365. Our canteen unit, REHAB 156, is a 2013 Chevrolet 4500 base with a 6.6L V8 Turbo Diesel and a Quigley 4x4 conversion. It is fully stocked and ready at all times with food, drinks and other necessities including power from an on board Onan Commercial 20kW Diesel generator. The unit is designed to be quickly put into service on scene at working fires, details and other incidents that involve long hours for our fire department and police department personnel. Our utility, REHAB 157, is a 2007 Chevrolet 2500HD 4x4 Silverado with a crew cab. It is used to shuttle additional personnel to and from incidents and is also to restock our canteen unit during extended incidents and details.
We are based out of Baltimore County Fire Station #2 in Pikesville, MD. Our “1st Due” is the west side of Baltimore County, but we provide mutual aid to all surrounding areas.
